Bachelors Degree with at least 18 credit hours in Early Childhood Education or Special Education

Early Care and Education Professionals at a S.T.E.P.  5 level are those professionals who have attained a Bachelors Degree with at least 18 credit hours in Early Childhood Education or Special Education
